This price includes the Computer, Monitor, keyboard and mouse. It is a Dell Optiplex GX 110 and GX 150. It is a pentium 3 with a 1ghz processor, 256 mb RAM and a 20 GB hard drive. The Hard drive has been completely erased and a new copy of Windows XP Professional Operating System installed. I've also installed a Free Anti-virus program (AVG 8.0), which is free for the lifetime of the computer. I also installed Microsoft Office Suite 2003, which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook and Frontpage. And it's internet/ethernet ready!
