New 3 bedroom apartment/2bath looking for a roomate. Located off 4th street in hattiesburg. There are already 2 tenants in the apartment and you would have to share a bathroom. There is an open kitchen, walkin closet,w/d hookups everything in the apt is new. The deposit is $100 with $250 rent not including bills, we pay light, water, sewer, and cable/internet. The lease will be up Jan 08. We are college students and we just looking to make life a little easier, we would prefer someone in the age range of 18-25, smoke outside, clean, someone who likes to go out and have fun.
